
Circuits are a fantastic way to get fit and meet like minded people!
​Whether you are a beginner or used to frequent exercise, there will be a group you can join to get your level of fitness kick started. These interval training methods will optimise the
fat burn and after-burn effect, as well as a multitude of other health benefits.
Define and strengthen your body in this body conditioning class. This workout is designed to strengthen, tone and enhance muscular endurance, while improving your cardiovascular level.
Circuits are paid in advance monthly at £8 per session with a commitment of 4 consecutive sessions. Sessions are not transferable if you are unable to attend.
