The Power Screen is part of the Titleist Performance Institute’s advanced screening system, focused on measuring a golfer’s ability to create, store, and transfer power efficiently through the body into the golf swing.
It builds on the Level 1 physical screen but goes deeper into explosive movement and power generation.
What It Assesses:

The Power screen evaluates:

Lower body power – how well you can generate force from the ground up.

Rotational power – how effectively you create speed through the hips and torso.

Upper body power – how you transfer force to the arms and club.

Rate of force development – explosiveness, not just strength.

Symmetry – whether one side of the body overcompensates.

Ongoing Training: 1 to 1 sessions:

£50/hour (Monthly upfront commitment at agreed training intervals to suit your goals and requirements)
Junior Training (Up to 18 years):*

£140 per month to include four sessions (45min session)
*(Following the initial assessment as above - Juniors £60 for 1-1)
